Fish* 40%, wheat flour, canola oil, water, pea fiber and protein (contains wheat), squid, salt, herbs and spices (mustard, dill, pepper, turmeric), vegetables (onion, garlic), sugar, flavor enhancer E621, flavorings (lemon, black pepper, paprika). May contain eggs.
Preparation Advice
In the pan: (medium heat) 4-5 min. Cook both sides.
In the oven: (200°C) 12 min. cook
In oil (170°C) 3 min. you cook.
In the microwave: Cook at 450W for 8 minutes.
