Pan: Without waiting for the İnegöl meatballs to thaw, place them in a preheated pan on medium heat. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning frequently. (You can add a small amount of oil when cooking optionally.)
Oven: Bake the İnegöl meatballs in a preheated 180 degree oven for 16-18 minutes until they are lightly browned, without waiting for them to defrost.
