Falafel or Tamiya is a dish originating from the Middle East and is one of the most well-known delicacies of Middle Eastern cuisine, such as hummus and kunafah. It is made by frying chickpea/chickpeas patties or broad bean paste mixed with various spices in oil. It is more suitable to be consumed as an appetizer. You can serve the falafels prepared according to the recipe, accompanied by fresh onions, pita bread, tahini sauce whipped with lemon juice and olive oil, or yogurt with garlic.
